Today was bright and not too cold so I took advantage and drove to Evington for a walk round the Aboretum and Stoughton Grange Lake.
There were a few geocaches in the area so that was a bonus.
One or two memorial trees were ready for Christmas.
I’ve walked round the arboretum many times but I’ve never visited the lake at Stoughton Grange.
I saw a pair of herons take off from a tree high above the lake and lots of other wildlife was enjoying the sunshine in this very peaceful location.
Geocaches found and with the sun moving lower in the sky it was time to head home.
